Lucca Plus manages a tourist information office and the checkpoint and the checkpoint fee payment for tourist buses:

1. The tourist information centre, located in Piazzale Verdi, Vecchia Porta San Donato in Lucca, is open every day between April 1st and October 31st 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and from November 1st to March 31st 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that the office will be closed on December 25 and 26. As for January 1st our office will be open from 11:30 AM  to 4:30 PM. 

2. In accordance with the municipal directives (Deliberation No. 225 dated 10/10/2024) we inform you that the payment of the Checkpoint fees for tourist buses can be made only online via Lucca Plus portal https://ines.luccaplus.it/, before entering the ZTL Tourist Bus (green zone) of the Municipality of Lucca. Please note that the Checkpoint fees can no longer be paid directly at our offices.

   The tourist reception office provides information about Lucca and its surrounding areas, and it is the tourists’ first port of call and their welcoming hub.
